Best In Entertainment & Slots

The schedule for this year’s live harness racing events has already been released, and no fewer than 11 races are officially on the cards. Not only are the events just about the best horse racing entertainment available in the region, but they are highly popular because they offer open air entertainment and a chance to rub shoulders with local celebrities as well as local horse racing people.

Dresden has for the longest time been a firm favorite as far as entertainment locations go, especially since the location not only features a superb track and stadium, but also other forms of entertainment, including various competitions, fine dining on location, and also slots.

Dresden’s Slots Get A New Home

Major operator Gateway Casinos and Entertainment is currently still in charge of the slots at the Dresden raceway in Ontario. In fact, Gateway Casinos Dresden is renowned for its premium offerings, which really makes the venue to be the perfect complementary accomplice to a day at the races.

The operator will however be moving location this year and the construction of the new Gateway-operated Cascades Casino Chatham is currently underway. The new casino venue will upon completion become the official new home of slots entertainment in the Dresden area. The expectation is that all of the slot machines currently installed at the Dresden raceway will be relocated to the new Cascades Casino Chatham venue once the venue is ready to commence operations. A total of 300 slot machines will be relocated. In addition to these, there will also be 10 new games tables installed at the new Cascades location.

The operator has confirmed that in addition to the slots and games tables, there will also be fantastic family-friendly entertainment on offer elsewhere on location.
