Many couple’s consider Valentine’s Day to be one of the most important days on the calendar and right up there with birthdays and even Christmas Day. It’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate love and romance, let alone to show one’s partner a really good time. And what better way than with great food prepared by a team of professional local chefs just waiting to create a very special evening out?
Because Music Be Love’s Food
But the evening won’t consist of fine Valentine’s Day dining only. A romantic night out on the town wouldn’t be complete without good music. Playground Poker Club has booked Top Note Jazz Trio to provide the evening’s music entertainment. Couples will be treated to only the best in live jazz music as they enjoy the three-course Valentine’s meal as well as a special surprise treat for every individual present on the night.
Due to the immense interest in the special dinner, management has decided to host two separate sittings on the evening of February 14th. Bookings are essential as tickets are selling out fast. The first session will commence at 6 p.m. and the second will start at 8 p.m. Even so, its important to book well in advance in order to avoid disappointment.
Nothing Says Romance Like France
The theme as far as the cuisine goes will be French. Couples can expect to be whisked away on a travel flight of the imagination and to make this experience all the more real, each couple will be treated to a bottle of either wine or Prosecco. The delicious appetisers will include salmon tartare and brie fondant. It really just doesn’t get any more French that that!
And that’s not to even mention the main courses planned for the special evening of love. Diners will be at liberty to choose between the following options: Duck Confit served with a generous helping of classic bordelaise sauce, Icelandic Cod roasted in Miso, or as a vegetarian option, potato gnocchi complimented by the perfect creamy French truffle sauce.
Those with a sweet tooth may want to stick around for the decadent chocolate mousse dessert or the equally tantalising crème Chantilly.
