Evolution Rebrands and Launches Craps Live
The planned launch of an upcoming new live dealer online casino game by live casino specialist developer/supplier Evolution - previously Evolution Gaming - could mean that Craps Live may become the first-ever game released under the banner of the rebranded company. In view of the take-over bid tabled for the acquisition of casino games giant NetEnt, the live casino giant has set the wheels of motion in place in order to rebrand the corporation from Evolution Gaming to a shorter and simpler Evolution.
The rebrand is according to the live casino supplier motivated by Evolution having wanted to adopt a name that more effectively reflects the scope and diversity of its products and operations. A more accurate representation of the supplier’s activities within the context of the broader gaming and entertainment industry is reportedly at the heart of the decision to undergo a rebrand re-alignment.
New Name More Fitting
The proposed rebrand will according to Evolution not only more accurately reflect and describe the company’s industry activities, but also those services and activities associated with the specialist live casino brand. These are services and activities such as live casino studios offering a state-of-the-art gaming experience to online players, and ultra-modern innovation in gaming technology and software design and development.
According to information released by the company to the iGaming and entertainment media, the supplier’s new logo and re-branded name will appear across all online platforms and products, all official communications, and all releases to the media and other relevant role-players.
About Evolution’s Legal Entities
Due to certain steps that are required to be taken by law and as determined by the company’s internal business and legal policies, the legal entities associated with Evolution will not change right along with things like logo and brand. The legal entities will remain unchanged until such time as a formal proposal can be presented to the company’s Board of Directors at next year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). Evolution’s next AGM is scheduled for April 16, 2021.
The supplier currently legally still known as Evolution Gaming Group AB not only develops B2B Live Casino solutions to iGaming operators, but also markets and licences those products and games. Established in 2006, Evolution today serves more than 300 operators the world over.
Headquartered in Sweden, Evolution’s EVO ticker trades publicly on Nasdaq Stockholm. Evolution enjoys the endorsement of licenses issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), the UKGC, as well as gaming authorities and governments in Canada, South Africa, Romania, Belgium, and more.
