The fifth game in the Skyrim series, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim involves role-playing in a setting of fast-action exploits and imaginative pretenses. Skyrim is a five-instalment quest that becomes more popular each time that a new episode is introduced. Previous Skyrim players can easily work out the various levels and activities but new players are advised to read the Skyrim Mobile Game Review to ensure that they get the most out of their Skyrim mobile games.

Fantasy Mobile Games

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is comprised of three DLC add-ons — Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn which have now been packaged into the easily accessible Skyrim 5. You can play the game easily on any Windows OS or on a Playstation 3 or Xbox360 console.

In Skyrim, your character sets out to defeat the dragon Alduin who, it has been prophesied, will destroy the world. The game is set 200 years after the events of Oblivion (Skyrim IV) in the fictional province of Skyrim. Over the course of the game you must meet quests and challenges to develop your character and improve your skills. While you’re playing you can travel anywhere in the game world at any time, meeting or postponing the main storyline indefinitely.

The Skyrim Mobile Game Review has critically acclaimed the game. Reviewers are particularly impressed by the refined character development system and strong melee combat.

Skyrim Plot

Skyrim is a province of the Empire where two factions, the Stormcloaks, led by Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak are fighting for a free Skyrim. The Imperial forces, led by General Tullius, battle the Stormcloaks to try to reunite the province.

As Skyrim 5 opens, an imprisoned player is being led to his execution in the town of Helgen. A dragon interrupts the procession, and as the dragon attacks, the player escapes to the nearby town of Riverwood. In Riverwood residents, fearful that the Dragon will strike their town, ask the player to go to the city of Whiterun and ask for aid from the city’s Jarl—Lord. Jarl Balgruuf the Greater accepts and directs the player to retrieve a Dragonstone, a magical artifact that shows the location of ancient Dragon burial sites .

The player’s character returns to Whiterun with the Dragonstone and slays another menacing Dragon, only to absorb the Dragon’s soul. Now the player has the magical ability to do a “Thu’um” — a Dragon Shout, which creates a Dragonborn — a mortal with the soul of a Dragon. The gamer must learn the “Way of the Voice” so that he can reach his destiny and fend off the threat Alduin and other Dragons pose.

Skyrim challenges the player to complete various tasks as he makes his journey. Some of these tasks involve retrieving the legendary Horn of Jurgen, infiltrating the Thalmor Embassy, locating Esbern, an archivist of the Blades order, meeting the ancient Dragon Paarthurnax and locating the Elder Scroll within the ancient Dwemer ruin of Blackreach to reveal the Dragonrend Shout

With this information, the player can assume his rightful place as the warrior who battles Alduin and creates peace (even temporarily) between the Greybeards and the Imperial Legion’s forces.

Game Modes and Challenges

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim can be played from either a first or a third-person perspective. As the player roams over the land of Skyrim he encounters wilderness expanses, dungeons, cities, towns and villages. The gamer can ride a horse or can travel via the game’s fast-travel system so he can warp-speed to new locations.

You can aim at the game’s main quest or you can completely ignore the goal and concentrate on other challenges. You can talk to non-player characters (NPCs) or you can kill them, but whatever you decide, you must be careful, since killing some of these characters can make it impossible to successfully complete some of the tests. If you engage these characters, many may act as friends and provide aid but some might be part of an organized group (such as the Dark Brotherhood’s Gang of Assassins) which will complicate your quest.

You must also be careful about being seen because if you steal or kill someone, and if your deed is witnessed, you accrue bounty points.

If, for instance, you’re stopped by a guard, you might receive gold or you may receive a jail sentence — each case is different and you never know what’s awaiting you. If you resist arrest, perhaps you’ll get away, but if you don’t, a jail sentence awaits you.

The player character engages in combat with monsters in a dungeon. The player dual-wields weapons and magic simultaneously in order to be more effective against the monsters.

Additional Elements

You’ll want to start to develop your character’s personality right at the beginning of the game. You can select the character’s race (human, elf, anthropomorphic creature) and then customize the character’s appearance. You’ll also want to level up each character by training and developing new skills. Every time a character levels up, the player can select a “perk” (“perk points”) to use at a later time.
