Gateway Casinos & Entertainment is currently busy with the construction of its latest project, the building set to become the Cascades Casino Delta. Initially, it was projected that the complex’s launch ceremony would be possible by December next year, but the casino operator at this point refuses to advertise a specific date. It is likely however, that the new gambling venue which will be replacing the Delta Town & Country Inn will be welcoming new patrons by the time originally stated.

Sticking to the Timeline is Essential

The undertaking of a construction project as big as this one is a huge responsibility, and the only way to avoid disappointing customers and eventually players is to set a timeline and then stick to it strictly. Gateway Casinos & Entertainment has earned themselves a solid reputation due to their renovations of existing buildings, along with the high quality of the independent facilities it has built from the ground up, by adhering to this rule. The upcoming complex in Langley City, British Columbia is one of it’s totally new enterprises.

This venue is valued at CA$70 million and will feature gambling entertainment alongside more family-friendly activities. With the aim to enrich visitor’s lives and create a range of vibrant experiences, the project was given the green light by the City Council in the middle of last year.

12 Months is a Good Projection

Evidence from previous projects has shown that casino complexes getting built from scratch like this one is usually take roughly one year to finish, with 12 months being a good estimate of how long it will take before new patrons are welcomed over the threshold. The Ontario Cascades Casino Chatham had a soft launch on the 16th of July 2019, after its official groundbreaking ceremony took place on the 5th of July 2018. The Langley casino venue should take approximately the same amount of time to complete, which sees the end of 2020 as a very viable period for its debut.

Currently, the construction phase is proceeding smoothly, and it is safe to say that Gateway Casinos & Entertainment is happy with the pace of development. We will no doubt see more details about the venue being released over the upcoming months as we near the building phase, and the colder winter months will most likely be spent working on the complex’s interiors and furnishings.
