Caesars Casinoless Resort Coming To Arizona
The Caesars Entertainment Corp. group is looking to expand its brand by venturing anew into the world of hotels and hospitality. The group recently announced the upcoming development of its first US-based non-gaming resort. Caesars Republic is officially under construction in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The team tasked with developing the luxury hotel is local Arizona real-estate developer HCW. The task at hand is the construction of a top luxury brand hotel that will once complete, serve Scottsdale’s dining lifestyle district at the popular Scottsdale Fashion Square. The hotel and entertainment hub will once complete be joint managed by HCW Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality.
Building The Caesars Brand
Caesars’ involvement will range from leasing its brand to the hotel and having input on all design matters, to including the new luxury hotel and accommodation property into its Caesars Rewards Loyalty Programme.
As for exactly when accommodation seekers will be able to check into the new hotel and luxury experience for the very first time, the earmark is completion by no later than the fall of 2021. And needless to say, as is consistent with Caesars Entertainment’s involvement, the hotel will be a sure sight to behold.
The 11-story tower will be adorned completely in glass and will feature 265 luxury hotel rooms, perfectly complimented by an impressive 7,000 square-feet column-free ballroom. But the piece de resistance will without a doubt be the 34-foot sliding glass doors leading out onto a massive lawn area ideal for outdoor events. The entertainment area will be able to accommodate up to 600 people at any given time.
Creating A Masterpiece
The creative design team behind the new hotel include a slew of leading design executives and creative geniuses. Those confirmed as being tasked with designing the new hotel include BRP Architects (Missouri-based), Studio 11 Interior Design (Texas) and locally based Layton Construction (Arizona).
Dining at the new hotel will feature two concept dining experiences, both by celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis. Both restaurants to be stationed at the hotel will carry the Giada brand name. Luna by Giada will be themed around the celebrity chef’s Roman and Italian heritage and will present to diners a true Italian cuisine experience. California and Mediterranean influences will be prominent.
Pronto by Giada will appeal to those in the mood for a more casual café-style dining experience. Signature Italian faire and unique coffee offerings will be trending at Pronto Giada and here, guests on the move will be able to grab something quick to go.
The cherry on top of the stay and dine experience will without a doubt be the elevated pool lounge and dining project Seven. Imagine enjoying a craft meal and light cocktail whilst feasting the eyes on an Arizona desert sunset. Pure magic – Caesars style.
